What Information We Collect

In respect of Offeror Users, the legal basis for the collection of data by us is that it is necessary in order to perform a contact between the Site and the Offeror User. In respect of Recipient Users, the legal basis for the collection of data is the consent of the Recipient User. Furthermore, the Site has a legitimate interest in collecting and processing data, having due regard to the rights and freedoms of the data subjects, is for the purposes of business administration and fraud prevention and compliance.
